Problem with a purchase from a cooler?

Send us an email or WhatsApp message with:

1. A photo of the problem (for example the item, the packaging, or the cooler)
2. A short explanation of what happened
3. The cooler location and the time of your purchase
4. The name or email you used when you scanned the QR code

Prefer to speak to someone in person?

Our technician visits every cooler regularly to refill and check it. If you see the technician at your location, you can explain the problem directly and they will log it and pass it to our support team so it can be resolved.
